Using this website

You may use this site for lawful business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content at scale or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

Proposals, scope and delivery

Project scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, assumptions and acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable written agreement. Estimates are not fixed commitments unless expressly described as fixed-price. Changes to scope may affect fees and timelines.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements, content, access and decisions on time.
• Confirm that supplied materials may legally be used for the project.
• Review deliverables and provide clear, consolidated feedback within agreed timeframes.
• Pay invoices according to the applicable agreement.

Intellectual property

Each party keeps ownership of materials it owned before the project. Unless the project agreement says otherwise, ownership of final custom deliverables transfers after full payment, while DABB Tech retains its pre-existing tools, methods, reusable components and general know-how.

Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own licence terms.

Confidentiality

Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other and will use it only for the project or as required by law. Separate confidentiality agreements remain effective according to their terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, DABB Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use. Project-specific warranties, liability limits and remedies are set out in the applicable signed agreement.
